To maintain this balance, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Changes or Cancellations • Cancellations or changes to your appointment must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. • Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service booked. 2. No-Show Policy • If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full service amount will be charged. 3. Rescheduling Policy • Rescheduling is allowed without penalty if done 48 hours before your appointment. • Rescheduling requests within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of 20% of the service cost. 4. Refunds • Refunds will only be processed for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. • Refunds are not available for late cancellations or no-shows, but exceptions may be made in extraordinary circumstances at Haven by Tivia’s discretion. 5. Group Bookings • For group bookings or spa parties, cancellations or changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance. • Late cancellations for group bookings will incur a 50% charge per guest. 6.
